Advantages
- Fuel is cheap

Disadvantages
- Average construction time of 6 years.
- Difficult to turn off.
- Nuclear power plants depend on social capital. If public opinion sways such that citizens are uncomfortable with Nuclear Energy, the plant will shut down.
